Program FAQs

1. Do I need to be tech-savvy to use the program?

Nope! Everything is inside a simple online portal you can open in your browser. Clear steps, easy navigation, zero overwhelm.

2. Is this a diet?

Absolutely not.
The Well-Minded Method is a non-diet, weight-neutral program focused on improving your relationship with food — not restricting it.

3. Can I do this if I’m taking medication or in therapy?

Yes. It pairs well with mental-health treatment. You’ll learn how nutrition can influence energy, focus, and daily functioning, so you can support your brain, appetite, and stability.

4. Is this meant to replace working with a dietitian or therapist?
No — this program is educational and self-guided, not medical care.
If you have complex needs, please connect with a registered dietitian or healthcare provider. (You can also
book a 1:1 session with me anytime.)

5. What if I’m currently struggling with an eating disorder?

The Well-Minded Method programs are not intended to replace or be used for eating disorder treatment. Individuals with an active eating disorder often need personalized, higher-level support beyond a group or self-paced program. If that's you, please reach out to a mental-health clinician or dietitian trained in eating disorders.

For support and resources, visit the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) website.

This self-paced program is for educational purposes only and does not provide medical treatment, medical nutrition therapy, or mental health treatment.
