Who This Group Is For

Are looking for education, coaching, and accountability in a structured group setting
This Group May Not Be the Best Fit If You’re Looking For:

Therapy or mental health treatment

Trauma processing or emotional counseling

Support for an active eating disorder that requires clinical treatment

A space focused on deep emotional sharing
If you’re unsure, individual nutrition counseling or working alongside a therapist may be a better starting point.
What You’ll Need to Join
To participate fully, you’ll need:

Ability to attend at least 6 of the 8 live group calls

Group sessions are held once weekly for 60 minutes. Exact session times are finalized after enrollment.

Willingness to participate in a respectful, structured group learning environment

Reliable internet + Zoom access

Ability to make the program investment or apply for the scholarship spot
Program Investment
You can choose either option:

$499 one-time payment

$62.37 billed weekly for 8 weeks

First payment due when accepted into program to reserve slot
