The Well-Minded Method Group Coaching

Thanks for your interest in joining the Well-Minded Method Group Coaching Program — an 8-week, education-focused nutrition coaching experience for those who want food to feel calmer, easier, and less all-consuming.

Before applying, please review the details below to ensure this group is the right level of support for you.

Who This Group Is For

 

This program may be a good fit if you:

  • Want support reducing food stress, food noise, and all-or-nothing eating

  • Prefer a gentle, evidence-based nutrition approach

  • Are ready to learn practical skills you can use in real life

  • Are looking for education, coaching, and accountability in a structured group setting

This Group May Not Be the Best Fit If You’re Looking For:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment

  • Trauma processing or emotional counseling

  • Support for an active eating disorder that requires clinical treatment

  • A space focused on deep emotional sharing

 

If you’re unsure, individual nutrition counseling or working alongside a therapist may be a better starting point.

What You’ll Need to Join

To participate fully, you’ll need:

  • Ability to attend at least 6 of the 8 live group calls 

    • Group sessions are held once weekly for 60 minutes. Exact session times are finalized after enrollment.

  • Willingness to participate in a respectful, structured group learning environment

  • Reliable internet + Zoom access

  • Ability to make the program investment or apply for the scholarship spot

 

Program Investment

You can choose either option:

  • $499 one-time payment
    or

  • $62.37 billed weekly for 8 weeks

    • First payment due when accepted into program to reserve slot

 

A limited scholarship spot is available for reduced-rate access.

 

What Happens After You Apply

  1. I personally review your application to make sure group coaching is the right level of support and a good fit for this program.

  2. Once enrolled, you’ll receive:

    • The workbook

    • Your portal login

    • Your first call link

  3. Enrollment for the next group will open February 1, 2025 for the March/April cohort.

Group coaching is educational and coaching-based and does not replace medical or mental health care.
