Tell me a little about you, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get from the group.
It takes about 3–5 minutes.

2. I personally review your application
I make sure the group is the right fit so you so you get the right level of support and the group stays aligned, structured, and supportive.

3. If it’s a good match, you’ll get an invite to enroll
You’ll receive an email with next steps, payment options, and everything you need to secure your spot.

4. Join the group + start feeling the food stress lift
On start week, you’ll get access to the online portal, your workbook, and your first call link.
