FAQs
1. Do I need to be tech-savvy to use the program?
Not at all! Once you enroll, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. Everything is easy to access through your browser, and you can move through the modules at your own pace.

2. Is this a diet?
Nope. The Well-Minded Reset is a non-diet, weight-neutral program rooted in gentle nutrition and mental health support. It’s about improving your relationship with food—not restricting it.

3. Can I do this if I’m taking medication or in therapy?
Yes! This program is designed to support your existing mental health care—not replace it. You’ll learn how food can work alongside your current treatment plan to improve energy, mood, and focus.

4. Is this meant to replace working with a dietitian or therapist?
No—this program is educational and self-guided. It’s not a substitute for personalized medical or nutrition advice. If you have complex health needs or questions, please reach out to a registered dietitian or your healthcare provider.

5. What if I’m currently struggling with an eating disorder?
While this program uses a non-diet approach, it’s not meant for individuals currently in active eating disorder recovery. If you're struggling, we strongly encourage you to seek one-on-one support from a registered dietitian and mental health provider trained in eating disorders. You deserve individualized care.
