Nutrition Counseling That Meets You Where You Are

Gentle, science-based nutrition care that meets you where you are. No food rules, no shame. Just support for your brain and body.

Meet
Margot Korb, MS, RD, LD

I’m a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with food, rebuild trust in their bodies, and support their mental health.

My approach is:

  • Weight-inclusive & non-diet aligned. I don’t put clients on restrictive diets. Instead, I help reduce food stress and focus on health-promoting behaviors.

  • Individualized. If you’re managing a chronic health condition or need a medically necessary nutrition plan, I’ll guide you with compassion and without added shame.

  • Patient-centered. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all.” My role is to support you in making sustainable changes that fit your goals, values, and lifestyle.

  • Mental-health supportive. Nutrition is powerful for the brain. My goal is to enhance your healing and self-care, not add to your stress.

Alongside individual counseling, I’ve developed large-scale, evidence-based programs. While at the VA, I created and led a 7-week food security and nutrition program for veterans in residential treatment, which was recognized nationally as a Best Practice at the 2024 Veteran Food Security Summit. That experience shaped the way I built The Well-Minded Method — structured, practical, and designed for real-world impact.
