Meet Margot
I’m a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with food, rebuild trust in their bodies, and support their mental health.

I’ve worked with clients navigating:
-
Anxiety and depression
-
ADHD, Autism, and neurodivergence
-
Disordered eating
-
Substance use recovery
-
Chronic disease (diabetes, kidney disease, IBS/IBD, cardiovascular disease)
Having worked with people from all walks of life, I understand just how complex healing can be—and how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported along the way.

I use trauma-informed care, gentle nutrition, and a non-diet approach to help you nourish your brain and body without stress or shame.

You might catch my corgi making a cameo during virtual sessions, or hear me kindly reminding you (again) that coffee isn’t breakfast.
